A rare late 1920s / early 1930s cloche hat with a dramatic upturned brim.  The hat fits snugly over the head with asymmetrical folds at the brim.  The black wool is brushed for a slight "fuzzy" texture.  There is decorative linear stitching on the brim.  Lined.

DETAILS

Condition:  Overall good.  The hat shows light, normal wear, including an area of decorative stitching loss (see photo).  It isn't too noticeable because of the black on black color.  Priced accordingly.
